Merge latest patches into intel release branch

@rchriste1 - If you have verified all new patches #60, #61 and #62, can i merge into release branch?
I have verified on d5005 and arrow creek card. All tests are ok for me.

I have verified pull requests #60 and #61. #62 I have run in a test on the feature branch. So I think you can merge into release branch.
