Cannot get plugin indent to show up - Question

Following the installation instructions using OCaml 4.06.0, ocp-lint doesn't seem to include the indent plugin. I have all the dependencies installed to my knowledge. I have tried uncommenting the things in `build.ocp` in the plugin source directory. Is there something else I'm missing?
