[Improvement] Ignore plugin-text.not-that-char.non_ascii_char rule only in comments

Can we add an option to the rule plugin-text.not-that-char.non_ascii_char in order to ignore non ASCII chars in comments?
Currently, I disable this rule because of some non-ascii char in the copyright header of some files (that we are not allowed to modify legally).
