Could we have a 4.05+dev builder, refreshed every two weeks to the new trunk state?
("Two weeks" should be longer than the time it takes for opam-builder to build the whole universe, infrequent yet reasonable enough to involve a manual operation if you haven't automated the process, but as reasonably short as possible.)
