Localisation of the UI

I propose a localisation feature for the UI. I personally write all my pages in German and anticipate that lots of users will speak Germany natively.

leptos-fluent seems to be the most popular option for this, based on Fluent.

I just added the basic translation framework. For now only the menu and some page titles use translations. I could definitely use help from you and others to replace all the hardcoded strings with {move || tr!("keyname")}. See ee55184 and leptos-fluent docs. Development instructions are in the readme.

You can now contribute translations via weblate. Still need to setup something to sync translations back into the git repo.

Yes definitely, whenever you have time. There are lots of strings to handle and Im busy with other things. Also you can make multiple smaller pull requests for this instead of a single large one.

Haven't consistently worked with Git before, question: I cloned the repo via the web url and cross-referenced some stuff with the ee55184 commit in order to get a feel for the code/markup. In my local copy, your changes in the commit are not reflected. Can you assist me with this?

Did you run git pull to get the latest changes? And are you on the master branch?
