An indicator showing the relative frequency that an article is being edited #157

It could happen that an event occurs causing an article to be edited frequently. This could result in the articles contents being less trustworthy at that moment as they are in constant flux rather than stable. So I think some indicator showing that the article is being very actively edited at that moment (scaled relatively to it's usual average edit frequency over time) would be useful.
