Support fontregister --list

FontRegister should support listing of existing fonts.

--list argument will print all existing fonts in user and machine installations.
--list-installed will print all fonts that were installed by the library.

How about if font listing is a command, and not an option, so as to fit in with the rest of the commands.. In this way you can leverage the current -m and -u options without needing to add new options..

fontregister.exe list -m
fontregister.exe install -m myfont.ttf

Does this sound more streamlined?

It has to take advantage of existing options like scope (machine/user),
It also has to be commandline pipe-friendly (for grep in bash / Select-Object in powershell)
