Feat: Replace R2Log

[m-abs]

We inherited R2Log from LYT4, we should use a common logging framework instead.

The Iridium types uses Fimber, so I suggest we switch to that instead.

We should consider the need for breadcumbs, if a vendor uses Sentry or some other service for tracking errors.
