ShowDeathCause Doesn't Print Text on Vanilla

This is likely due to https://github.com/NotTsunami/ShowDeathCause/blob/master/ShowDeathCause/ShowDeathCause.cs#L168-L171 having switched from sending out the full message directly and instead sending a formatting token. Naturally, a vanilla player wouldn't be able to format the sent token, so they just get the format token in chat. Fix would be to format the token on the host then send it as a simplechatmessage, perhaps as a config setting?

I will revisit this this weekend! Thanks for the comment. I've been super busy with my day job as a software engineer and haven't been able to give this the love it needs. I'm sure people have moved past this mod because of that, but I'll liven it back up and see if I can't fix #9 as well. Thanks!
