vim.keymaps: `noremap` renamed to `remap`

it seems vim.keymap.set ignores noremap and only accepts remap, even though nvim docs currently don't say anything about it https://github.com/neovim/neovim/issues/37676

we should rename vim.keymaps.*.noremap accordingly

#1384 will make it so that noremap functions as intended, but deprecating/renaming will come later
