When I'm rebuilding on aarch64-darwin, I get into a long rebuild of dotnet-vmr-9, which I believe is caused by this hydra build failure.
Which options should I disable to prevent dotnet-vmr from being built locally? As far as I can tell, it's only the C# language servers, but I have not enabled those in my config.
