Problem in downloading .msu

Hello, 
Seems that https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/security/dn631937.aspx is no longer available, and it redirects to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/msrc?rtc=1, so this tool won't work anymore! 

Is there any solution ?
