GetPrefferedIntPtr not found

I've opened the projects in VStudio, and I'm getting build errors because GetPrefferedIntPtr does not exist. I have no idea what I'm missing; any ideas? Where should that method definition be coming from?

I'm wondering if I should use Allocate in PHook instead?
