Integrate YOLOv8 and TFLite model version into camera

Train a robust model in PyTorch, then convert to ONNYX and TFLite and integrate with YOLOv8 for real-time Pokemon object detection in the camera. Use the larger 1000 Pokemon class dataset for this.
