[PS] prevent plan generation when errors are pending

As a Dev I want to generate a String with the remaining model errors and use it in the PS-Button.

Will be used at:

• [PS] add Button for Execution Plan Generation #167

Acceptance Criteria

• String contains the amount of Errors
• all implemented errors are captured
• plan generation not possible when errors or warnings present
