A composition node which sits on the tree. The export properties will allow you to configure it from the Godot editor.

Assign a node and property and have it sync the value with Gedis.
Assign a gedis instance by referencing a node OR providing an expression.
Assign, "to", "from" and "2 way" sync options.
Assign an identifier strategy; node path, node name, RID or UID. If UID, add a _gedis_uid export property so the user can provide a UID, if no UID is present, generate one.
Add an "enabled" property to stop and start sync.
