DB - Initialize DB

Initialize the Database in the /server project.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Update the Readme with the database requirements / installation / start details
• Create whatever is necessary to handle the proposed data models
• Ability for the /server project to access and work with persisted data in the DB
• The strategy for Team, Scavenger, and User models are accounted for in the design.
