Error trying to Import Organizer rules

Trying o use the organizer's config but when the app starts i get the following :

I'm getting the same problem. This happens on first install of 2.0, I upgraded from 1.2.4 and I think it is trying to import my 1.X dataman.dat and hitting a problem.

I created a new file in DM2, set that as default. It will then run with no error. But if I try and import my 1.X dat file it then generates this error.
