SoundPack maker and integration?

Is it possible for you to add a way to publish sound packs and import them to the  program so we can choose between them when we like. Also, add a way to "jump" between folders. Like have a txt file where when you go to folder x/y/z you jump to folder x/a/z, then back to x/y/z/a
