Second Beta Release of CommsBot!

There is now an installer! You still need to install .NET Framework 4.8(x86 and x64) from the Official Microsoft Website. The program will not run without it.

I'm gonna have it included in the installer in the future.

Changes:

• Added: Add a way to stop the audio while it is being played. #11
• Fixed: Volume meter starts up at around 60% before any audio is ever played. #7

Untested things that may result into bugs or crashing:

1. Running Multiple Instances
2. Opening the program first time.
3. Using a newer/older .NET Framework
