Tell us about the issue you are experiencing

On chrome (Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)) when you move the mouse between the content and the navigation block it makes the content jump to the right as the contents scrollbar is removed.

What behaviour would you expect?

no movement in the content

How can this issue be replicated?

a quick qorkaround for this would be a CSS rule which applies a overflow: scroll to the content container

I think the overflow: scroll is the lightest solution without running some heavy JS logic. Cheers, @NonPolynomial!
