Add API Platform

api-platform rocks, and is fairly easy to implement.

And it'll be nice to have if we want to make the app available offline.

I'm not the biggest fan of API Platform so unless there's a specific use case I'm not for it, sorry.

Interesting, how come? I thought it'd be a natural solution (or part of the solution) for the offline version.
