nix-cli-static: S3 support

Proposed solution

As far as I can tell, previous versions of nix had issues building static binaries with aws s3 support.
Therefore, nix-cli-static is built without this feature.

I'd like to understand how feasible it is to add such a feature.

Currently static nix is broken on nixpkgs 25.11 and that's not a nix release blocker at the moment.

The primary question is mostly in having enough maintenance to keep all the various dependencies building. I think adopting various the aws-crt-cpp package in nixpkgs and ensuring that's its building statically would be a great step to have this supported. At a recent nix team meeting it was brought up by @edolstra that we should include the static build in s3 releases, but @Mic92 did voice the issue that maintaining all dependencies is quite a tall ask. So if you are willing to help out with nixpkgs maintenance that would certainly be doable and we could look into making that a release blocker too.

So far the issue always has been on the nixpkgs side. I don't remember having to do actual nix fixes to have a static build. I stopped doing this after a while and it felt like there was not enough interest in the nix community to keep pkgsStatic in a good working state.

I don't know if this will help, but the lix binary can be built with s3 support
