Reduce reliance on JavaScript

Currently, the page loads JavaScript from three hosts (dongleauth.info, cloudflare.com and jquery.com) and cannot be read without JavaScript.  As someone who has JavaScript disabled per default, I’d like to be able to read the page without enabling JavaScript (i. e. have all categories expanded by default).  Also, it would be nice if the site would not connect to third-party hosts.
