[Feature] Name format

Currently, RevoltKit is forced to use {name} {tag} format, no matter what. This would be another parity feature between RK and PK; PK allows setting arbitrary name formats.

Rewriting nameformat from scratch is not ideal, but there's a non-zero chance that the PluralKit API will expose nameformat settings, see here
