tasks from quartus-prime-aji pr #39
Description
The pr #37 has some open tasks that should be done sometime. But the image needs to be released to test and document it more effectively. This issue is here so that these will not be forgotten.
- add example openocd.cfg script (how aji vjtag system can be used with OpenOCD)
- test for working vJTAG chain
