build.ps1 fails because MakePbo no longer supports "-U" for unbinarized p3ds #19
Description
I'll try and figure out a fix proposal, but not having much luck with binarize at the moment. Defaulting to bohemia tools also fails in its default binarizing step with no details in the logs.
