Detect File Removal #151
Description
Noticed that if I add a new eye texture (1303.txg for example) in an FPK, but later remove it, it will not be detected. The remove file function in the file menu does remove it from the database, but it won't see that as a change so the FPK for it will not be repacked.
It will also error when you rebuild the workspace after making an ISO because the file no longer exists but is still referenced in the FPK.
