Outline file missing from InkShield gerber

In the KicadFiles/InkShield, the outline file is missing from the gerber files. For example, when uploading to OSH Park to replicate the board, it reports an error saying there is no outline found. The OSH Park design guide shows an outline file as being .gm1, and there is no .gm1 file to be found in the folder.

Is it possibly under a different file extension?

Could the maker be so kind as to regenerate the gerbers for replication to include the board outline?
