Describe the bug

i am using this widget to render ai generated text and i am getting mentioned error when any emoji is generated by ai in response so this widget generate error Invalid argument(s): string is not well-formed UTF-16

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup:
   • Flutter version: [e.g., 2.5.3]
   • Dart version: [e.g., 2.14.4]
   • Device/Emulator: [e.g., iPhone 12, Pixel 4, etc.]
   • Operating System: [e.g., iOS 14.5, Android 11]
2. Steps:
   • Go to '...'
   • Click on '....'
   • Scroll down to '....'
   • See error
