Cannot install Tomb Raider I - III Remastered Collection

Describe the bug
Error test installing a Collection, where no error was present submitting it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Attempt to install my Tomb Raider Collection, available here: https://www.nexusmods.com/games/tombraidertrilogyremastered/collections/jnr5am/revisions/6 . It MUST be Revision 6.
2. Receive missing file error from some SFX mod.

Expected behavior
The Collection installs properly without errors.

Sub-Optimal Resolution (performed in Revision 7)
Remove the offending mod.

Additional context
If you describe this issue as "User error" or immediately close it, I will curse you to always be too full of pee to sleep restfully at night, but too sleepy to get up and pee.
