Episode list limited to ~500 EPs

Worked great for smaller show but with Simpsons with tons of episodes the list seem to get stuck little over halfway (we're at S35).

Using latest with pip install git+https://github.com/NextFire/sachi.git.

I don't think I've managed the pagination yet (you only got the first page of the listing I guess).
