NexaMesh rebrand — full documentation consolidation. Three sources need merging:
apps/docs/docs/ — current live docs (executive, business, technical). Has inflated claims that need reality-alignment.apps/docs/docs-staging/ — first-pass refactor with real engineering content (BOMs, hardware playbooks, salvage docs, control systems). Ground truth for hardware work.- NexaMesh rebrand — updated data files (team.ts, values.ts, roadmap.ts) and new fundability-roadmap.mdx already merged.
Goal
Pull the best from all three into one consolidated, honest documentation set under the NexaMesh brand.

- Product names: NexaMesh Kestrel (consumer), NexaMesh Sentinel (enterprise), NexaMesh Horizon (military)
- Team: 2 active co-founders + 3 advisors
- Strategy: Europe-first, detection-only entry
- All claims must be verifiable
Scope
- 60+ MDX/MD files in
docs/executive/ and docs/business/ need "Phoenix Rooivalk" → "NexaMesh"
- ~90 files in
docs-staging/ need review and promotion to docs/
- Product references (SkySnare → Kestrel, AeroNet → Sentinel) across all docs
- Revenue/funding claims in all executive/business docs need reality-alignment per updated values.ts
