Docusaurus (apps/docs/docusaurus.config.ts)

• title: "Phoenix Rooivalk Documentation" → "NexaMesh Documentation"
• projectName: "PhoenixRooivalk" → "NexaMesh"
• GitHub edit URL
• docId: "phoenix-rooivalk-documentation"
• Route references to pitch deck etc.
• Announcement ID

Tauri (apps/threat-simulator-desktop/src-tauri/tauri.conf.json)

• productName: "Phoenix Rooivalk Threat Simulator" → "NexaMesh Threat Simulator"
• identifier: "com.phoenixrooivalk.threatsimulator" → "com.nexamesh.threatsimulator"
• title and copyright fields

Verification

• pnpm --filter docs build succeeds
• pnpm sim:build:tauri succeeds (if Tauri deps available)
