Hi Neal and BSMax Team,

Describe the bug
Thank you for creating BSMax. It is a great add-on, and I really appreciate all the hard work you have put into it.

I wanted to ask about an issue I have recently been experiencing on newly imaged machines. These systems are running Windows 11 and are Entra-enabled. Since we started using Entra, the workstations no longer communicate with the manager. I have tried connecting using both the HostName and the IP address, but I get the same error each time.

Interestingly, the connection works as expected when using 3dsmax. The issue only occurs in Blender.

Do you know what might be causing this, or has anyone in your user base experienced something similar?

Thank you very much for your time and help.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run Autodesk Backburner Manager on an Entra-Enable Win11 workstation
  2. Run Blender 4.5.3 LTS on an Entra-Enabled Win11 workstation
  3. Enter the IP address for an Entra-Enable manager using IP Address and submit job
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The error is reported on the bottom center of Blender's Ui 'Backburner manager not found. Failed to submission'
