Memory leaks / Gui not Updating / Developer Toolbar gets blank

hi,

i really like this project but i had to cancel a project just before rollout as the stability ob the app was not given on some test machines. The root cause seems to be a memory leak in the chromiumfxrenderproccess which keeps growing untill all memory is eaten up. but even before that on some machines when deploying a debug build and opening the inspect toolbar it just opens a blank window.

I guess the underlying unmaintained and old renderer should be replaced asap if this project should live on as in its current state it is not ready for any serious use and this is sad given the potential of it, please @David-Desmaisons do you have any plans for maintaining neutronium in the future?
