Neutronium as part of legacy application

Hello,

I need to build a new sub-module (a dll) of a legacy C# WinForm application.

I'm perfectly able to embed Wpf Window inside Forms and I'm wondering whether 
I can even use Neutronium to enable Vue and develop Javascript GUI inside my 
old application.

Is there any way to do this? And, if yes, any guideline, suggestions?
