BUG | Dropdown Tooltips Dont Dissapear #34
Description
When clicking on a Dropdown to reveal its contents, and then subsequently clicking on the dropdown button itself again (not the revealed dropdown list), the tooltip gets stuck in place (stops following the mouse), and doesn't disappear after the mouse leaves the tooltips parent.
When clicking into the Applications window, it will seem to have been destroyed, but in actuality it is simply moved bellow all other windows.
- Need to properly handle essentially double clicking of the dropdown button to destroy the Tooltip
