good first issue: Add more built-in strategy templates

Currently have a few strategies. Would be great to add more YAML-configured templates:\n- Pairs trading\n- Breakout strategies\n- Volume-weighted approaches\n\nGood for newcomers - just add a YAML file in strategies/ and implement the signal logic.
