Agent installer should not overwrite the existing WriteNetuitive.config definition

Having to reenter my API Key every time the agent is upgraded makes me want to not upgrade the agent. The agent should preserve my configuration.

I'd like to widen the scope of this request just a bit, so that none of the existing agent configuration files are overwritten when upgrading as it's equally painful.
