About Twilio <Gather> tag

Thanks for your tutorials and they really help me a lot.

Just wondering if it's possible to use <Gather> for collecting digits input from **receiver side**, not caller side.

For example, if someone make a call, and chat with the receptionist. Once the call is finished, the receptionist will input a digit before hand up the call. Is it possible to do that?
