Rework procedure printout table in sm-client

It is required to redo the output of the final table in the sm-client using the python module for logging. Fix unit and integration tests.

We print status table via print function, but other information - via logging. It follows two problem:

1. We print long messages separately in status procedure in PR [MANOPD-80319]Need to handle case with huge text message from application service.
   But because of work features of logging and print function, the order of table and messages are undefined: messages can be before and after table.
2. We don't print status table in log file, if it's defined.

For this reason I suggest to print table also via logging and don't use print functions (except some dev/debug cases).
To resolve this, we have to fix parsing table in integration tests and in our pipelines, where it's used.
