There is some problem with keeping the version in the file updated. If we look at how this is implemented in kubemarine, we use a simple check of the match of the tag name and version (https://github.com/Netcracker/KubeMarine/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci.yaml#L136). And this is the only way in this case, because there the trigger for creating a release is the creation of a tag, so even if we use autocommit to update the version, it will not be part of the already created tag.

So we need some other trigger. And we can go from the opposite to use a version change to create a tag and release. Uses https://github.com/dorny/paths-filter
