Download packages in parallel #127
Description
When I run pkgin install pandoc, pkgin downloads 600 MB of package files.
Downloading the files looks as if pkgin only downloads a single file at a time, making the download quite slow.
Other binary package managers use parallel downloads to speed up this part of the installation.
