Remove sentence before and after from NER pipeline results

Based on Ian's feedback of too many sentences being returned, just keep the sentence in which the entities are present.

This may affect the data review tool so the article review page code needs to be adapted if breaking changes are found.

End of this issue should be a newly built docker image on docker hub.
