Add playlist System

Currently, the previous and forwards buttons do not work on the frontend. 
That is due to lack of a playlist/queue system..

This issue aims to address and add a playlist & queue system. We need a svelte `store` to manage the currently loaded playlist and the index of the current song. The state needs to be kept in sync at all times
