run bot over localwebsite #6
Description
.netcore can capable to run website on consoleapp(kestrel http server).
so every configuration can be changeable on localbot website(also localdb). without formGUI implementation bot can be displaying on localwebsite.
(maybe we can configure botserver for various features)
