Client Desync #730

Description

Using some trickery you can get belts spaced further apart than they normally should and still are connected. (As seen here at ~13 min in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jux20zfdrU8&t=790)

When one of these belts is placed over a tesla tower, most likely with other objects too, it causes a desync on the client. Have only tested this with the server player placing the belts.
