[ENH] Invites should be checked over periodically (3 hrs, during reload?)

Invites should be cleared regularly, so as to not clutter up the system. Is it possible to tie this to reload? May require another plugin to check.

Will tie it into reload, will set a config variable for amount of time between reloads.
