how to install librets.pm module on centos 8 for PERl Script

Hi Team,

I am using perl script for photo downlod process using ibRETS Version: libRETS-1.3.2 ,while team migrating new linux server after that time perl script not working i excute command on linux as

perl /datamanagement/CDMS/CentralDownload/RETS/photodownload/RetsPhotoDownloadImport.pl "620" "566_MLS_MyFloridaRegional"

above this commend this script not working on the new server issue with
